Q: Do I have to pay an admission, application, or processing fee? Or is there a lease that I must sign?

A: There is no admission, application, processing fee or lease that must be signed. We believe you have the right to move in and move out when you want, and not be penalized for it. That’s why Willow Pointe’s no-hassle entrance policy requires only a damage deposit, that is refunded when the apartment is vacated.

Q: Are there Registered Nurses at Willow Pointe?

A: We have a Registered Nurse on-site or on-call 24 hours a day. They oversee the delivery of individualized services, assess the status of tenants, plan health-related activities, communicate with tenants' families, provide medication monitoring, and arrange for appointments at the tenant's request.

Q: Can I go to town to have my hair done?

A: Sure you can, and we can help with the transportation, but did you know that Willow Pointe has it’s own licensed beauty shop right inside the building? Don’t fight the wind and the rain after your perfect hair-style is done. Have your personal beautician at Willow Pointe!
