Wing Ding 30 Officer Preregistration Incentives

With the holidays behind us, and warm weather ahead of us, we are getting geared up for Wing Ding

30! We’re excited to present to you, the Officers, a great incentive program to get Members preregistered for Wing Ding 30, and make it cheaper for your staff Members to attend as well.

Preregister at least ten Members for Wing Ding 30, and receive $5 off the registration fee for the Officer and the delegates. Not only will everyone receive the $5 discount, but also by preregistering, all registrants will automatically be entered in the drawing for one of our fantastic Preregistration Prizes. First prize is a California Sidecar Trailer. Second prize is a 3-IN-1 Jacket, and Third prize is a Free Wing Ding Registration for Two. There will also be a drawing held each month, beginning in April, for one of the following prizes: Two Wing Ding T-shirts, a 25% off certificate to the GWRRA Goodie Booth, and a 5-night stay at the Holiday Inn I-85 for two people. Let’s get the word out, and let everyone know about this great opportunity for discounts and prizes!

Any Officer of GWRRA is eligible to participate. All applications, minimum of ten delegates, must be

attached together to be eligible for the discount. Please submit only one application per household, and attach the payment (check or credit card) to each application separately. The deadline for this program is May 14, 2008. Click on the link to fill out the preregistration application. For more information call Melissa Eason, Executive Director 800-843-9460 or 623-581-2500 ext. 212.

                                       2008 ILLINOIS DISTRCT RALLY

                                                 AUGUST 1st and 2nd

                                   Oakley-Lindsey Civic Center Quincy, IL

                                               PROGRESS UPDATE # 1

Welcome to the first of what we hope to be several updates on the progression of planning and events for the up coming Illinois District Rally. Using the well established method of e-mail we hope to keep GWRRA members in the know of the planning stages of the rally and the events that they will find when they attend. We hope that you will pass along the information to those members that do not participate in the electronic world.

As announced at the Winter Warm Up the Illinois District Rally will be held in Quincy. For those of you from other districts or other parts of the state Quincy has many things to offer. There are many points of interest in the area. Some of these include Nauvoo a short ride to the north which is rich in well known history and to the south is Hannibal, MO which most people associate with the works of Mark Twain. For those members that like to put their money where their mouths are a short ride across the Mississippi to the northwest in LaGrange, MO you can find the Mark Twain Casino.  All the areas of interest have many things to offer visitors. There are many great riding routes two of which we hope to use as self guided tours.

It is still early in the palnning stages so until more rally info is available please visit the informational websites at the bottom of this update.
