The new 3,072 sq. ft. Titonka Public Library will offer the community reading, stack, and display areas as well as a librarian’s office, accessible restrooms, circulation desk and a kitchenette for use by library patrons. The exterior utilizes prefinished metal siding, exterior insulated finish system (EIFS), porcelain tile, and rock-faced concrete block to create a rich appearance with minimal expense. The cost of construction is $268,998 and is scheduled for completion in October of 2006. |
